Position Description:
- Providing timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations with tax advice and consultation that enable clients to increase shareholder value.* Manage tax assignments and related projects.* Federal tax experience with partnerships, S Corporations and individuals in a variety of industries.* Plan and coordinate the flow of information with the client.* Prepare and review work papers and tax returns.* Prepare and review tax provisions on audit and review engagements.* Research technical issues.* Expected to recognize opportunities for providing additional services to clients, marketing technical specialty or expertise to clients.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting.* 3+ years of current or recent experience in public accounting.* Knowledge of tax laws and regulations.* Tax compliance experience/background
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA Certification* Ability to travel* Masters of Taxation, MBA or JD
