Position Description
We are looking for an International Tax Director to join our expanding International Tax Group.
Our International Tax practice consists of approximately 40 professionals nationwide with broad experience in international tax compliance and structuring matters. It provides outbound and inbound structure planning, foreign tax credit, world-wide tax minimization planning, transfer pricing analysis, FAS 109, foreign assignment planning and general international business advice.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• Must have at least 6+ years of federal corporate tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience
• Experience in public accounting, previous Big 4 experience is ideal
• Must have previous tax return review experience
• Must have experience in mentoring, guiding and training associates or have ability to do so
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required
• Excellent tax technology skills necessary
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills required
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize multiple assignments
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be able to work additional hours as needed
