Position Description
McGladrey is looking for a dynamic Office Lead for our Miami Office.
Duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
• Partner Support
• Supervise, train and evaluate administrative staff/responsible for all quality control over admin
• Conduct regularly scheduled admin meetings and report any problems to Southeast OM Lead
• Site Based Property Management
• Security Systems
• Supplies
• Personnel
• Word Processing
• Tax Assembly / Processing
• Admin Scheduling
• IPM/Client Central
• RTE:
• Marketing Assistance
Basic Qualifications
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• 5 - 8 years relevant experience
• 3+ years supervisory experience
• Ability to supervise, direct and review the results of projects or assignments
• Ability to support, affect and implement change
• Ability to impact and influence a diverse population
• Applies technical/procedural requirements of the position based on knowledge and experience within specialization
• Ability to attract, lead, motivate and retain a team
• Ability to train, mentor and provide guidance and feedback to other team members
• Effective organization and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Applies technical/procedural requirements of the position based on knowledge and experience within specialization
• Effective organization and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage and review the results of projects or assignments
• Ability to support and implement change
